What do I need for my first visit?

You need a referral, medicare care, health fund information and any relevant scans or blood tests that your GP may have ordered.

How long is my appointment?

A new appointment slot is between 20-30 minutes and a follow up appointment is booked as 15 minutes.

Does the clinic bulk bill patients?

Our clinic does not bulk bill for consultations but we will bulk bill any procedures done at the time of the consultation. This ensures a fixed fee for your consultation. Currently the fee is $250 for a new patient consultation and $150 for follow up consultations.

Do I need to have someone attend the appointment with me?

No it’s not necessary but we encourage family and friends to attend to provide support as required.

What if English is not my first language?

The clinic is conducted in English. Please let us know if you require an interpreter service.

Is there parking available?

There is a secure, underground carpark available. The first hour of parking is free.
