Occlusive exostoses in better hearing ear (contralateral vestibular schwannoma)

58 year old gentleman with growing right sided vestibular schwannoma: elected to proceed to steriotactic radiotherapy

Long standing bilateral exostoses with intermittent short lived obstruction

Development of severe pain, and prolonged obstruction in normally better hearing ear, unable to be cleared with maximal medical treatment

 

Short-medium term soft band BAHA awaiting formal exostectomy
