38 year old woman with mono-ostotic fibrous dysplasia of the left petrous temporal bone. Previous canalplasty to prevent entrapment cholesteatoma and cranioplasty to minimise post-auricular mass.
Now maximal conductive hearing loss, and mild TMJ discomfort.
