Left Superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome in 42 year old woman

42 year old lady presents with increasing symptoms of conductive hyperacusis (intrusive sound of left foot hitting the ground, overwhelming sound when chewing etc) with pressure and sound induced dysequilibrium.
